Pros
Ciminelli is a well respected and competent real estate firm. The employees are good people. The flat organizational hierarchy provides great opportunities for getting involved in most aspects of the business. The leadership on the brokerage side of the business very much respects employee contributions and work/life balance.
Cons
The company could use some strategic direction both in business development and internal organization. The property services side of the company does not enjoy the same work environment as the brokerage side.
