Pros

I have had the pleasure of working here for over 7 years. The owners have always gone above and beyond in all they do for their employees. While working here I have made great relationships both professionally and pesonally with numerous people. I can say I enjoy getting up and coming into the office everyday, and that is hard to say these days.

None that I can think of

Cons

Constant process changes, on a weekly basis. Multiple cumbersome and lengthy reports to fill out. Can count on more than 2 hands the number of previous employees that have had horrible experiences here. They will sell you on positivity and great culture, however it's almost borderline cult like toxic positivity. Very clicky, if you are not 1 of the top star employees then you ate snubbed and forgotten about. Everything takes a million years to get done. Software is set up for manufacturing and not project management tracking. Don't fall for it. Turnover is high for a reason. Not many there on PM side have been there longer than a couple years with a handful select few, so that tells you something. Director level and upper management level leadership is snarky at best and takes no real feedback into consideration, unless it's positive. If you give constructive criticism, you are dubbed a complainer and will be outkasted.
