Hello, this is Matt Jones, EVP – Product. As someone who has worked here for nearly 20 years and has never resided in the US, I’m disappointed to read your comments. Though we are lacking some demographic diversity in our leadership team, our commitment and initiatives around equity, diversity, and inclusion have never been stronger. And although settling into our global footprint has been a journey, I’m energized by the collaboration we see across our global team.
Cielo has always been committed to the health and wellbeing of our people and we continue to evolve our benefits to ensure people have the support they need. We’ve expanded our time off benefits, provide people with a great deal of flexibility, and incorporate many engagement opportunities for people to be able to connect with one another outside of their work-related interactions.
The volatility of the market over the past few years has led us to make some really hard decisions about our team members, and that is never easy for anyone. I’m proud of how we’ve taken care of them in pursuing their next career opportunities and of humbled by how many people express interest in returning.
