Lack of structure and you are thrown into accounts without direction. New employee training needs much improvement. Lack of support from management I believe because they are focusing on too many accounts at once. Work/life balance is non-existent. You will have the feeling you are set up to fail.
Loyalty is not reciprocal. I have seen recruiters put in 12 hour days, close jobs orders by the hundreds and not be treated as valuable employees - you are still considered replaceable. It has been disappointing to see the decline in the culture and values of a potentially great company.
