Pros

You a have a small chance of getting a good manager but it is slim.

Cons

Workload vs pay is seriously out of balance. The recruiter jobs are NOT recruiting..they are account managment jobs. They will overload you with up to 50 managers to support, the reporting it out of control and the internal ATS is horrible and painful to use. You are 100% ingrained with the client yet still expected to take self improvement classes, training and contribute on company facebook(yammer..it's required)

Having worked here for over three years, I'm curious to know whether this has been your experience from the start, or if something has recently changed to make you feel this way. I would like to learn more. I would ask you, as I always do, for you to stop in or schedule time with me. I do know there is a lot to balance while being a Cielo team member and dedicated to a client partner - from processes to expectations, to balance. well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
