Flexibility to work from home

Cons

Was sold a bill of goods at the interview. Was told would be working 40 hours per week when in truth turned out to be 65 to 70 hours per week. Extreme micro-management and reasonable workload. Team was so stressed people were quitting. Client was impossible to work with. Have never quit a job in my life but quit this one after 6 weeks due to stress. Would not recommend to anyone.

well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
