Haven't paid full company bonus for the last 3 years as BD team have underperformed and some accounts have been lost (although the latter is down to the clients industry contracting and not the performance of the on-site teams (which makes it all the more frustrating when so many accounts are over performing or hitting target))
Top down budgeting is laughable, which once again affects the above.
