      Low pay Unappreciated at time Work from home policy is not the same throught out the organization, and being local to the office doesn't give you chance to work from home

      We love the recognition of our L& D department - thank you! Flexibility is definitely a benefit to working for Cielo, and we recognize that the ability to work-from-home is not the same across all positions/teams - this policy is being addressed, but there will always be a need for some positions to be based at headquarters.       Pros

      well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

      Cons

      No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
