Management is practically non-existent during the first critical days of employment, and if you want any training, you need to seek it out because there is no structured training except what you're able to scrape up yourself from other employees during their spare time. There is a huge time crunch placed on all employees which negatively impacts a team environment at the onset of employment with Cielo. In addition to that, I was promised to be placed in a full time capacity after 90 days of employment which would include full benefits, but instead I was placed with two completely different companies doing two completely different roles for two completely different types of clients - both as a part time employee at 20 hours per week. I was expected to work for health facility in the mornings, and then for a television cable company in the afternoons. It was very hectic, and unfulfilling.
