      Acess easy and direct with the senior leadership

      Cons

      Overload of work: You need to work a lot every days in the week. Relationship: The culture is focused to relationship management, "Never say No to the people" The organizational enviroment was great, but ultimatety is very confused

      Pros

      - Decent pay and benefits - Super flexible, lots of paid holidays - Free learning resources - Incredible people (my team lead and colleagues were the best!)

      Cons

      - Random layoffs. Just so disappointing - Not many roles set aside for North Americans at the moment. I keep seeing North Americans being laid off and employees from other regions getting promotions and transfers that could be offered to North Americans. (Would love an explanation from leadership on why this is!)
