Pros
It's a great company. They really emphasize on team building and cooperation. The staff members are all friendly and encouraging. There are always a lot of things happening simultaneously so everyone is under a lot of pressure, but everyone takes care of one another. Also different departments and teams in different offices have to work together so it really emphasizes on efficient communication.
Cons
The company's organization's efficiency leaves desires for improvement.
