Pros

Matt and Erin are really nice and try to plan fun stuff. Lots of cool people.

Cons

-Worked my butt off in the kitchen, showed loyalty, even took extra shifts and was treated with so much disrespect... I was told they would hire from within at the start and applied for lots of jobs and they never even considered me or got back to me about the job. they never raised my pay from minimum wage, even though I was one of the best team members and had their back through a CRAZY season. The kitchen / management was extremely rude, unkind, and unprofessional, apathetic and made my day unpleasant lot of times after I had considered them all friends and spent months working with them every day. I wasn't there with the new Chef and I know a lot of changes have been made since then, and hr has made an effort. However the sexism and 2 faced-ness that I experienced shows why working in kitchens Sucks and really messed with my mental health.

Pros

Large sections, doesn’t close late, good tip system, customers excited to be there. Cool concept restaurant

Cons

Can be chaotic or feel slightly unorganized at times. A lot of moving around as it is a large space. Slows down a lot during winter months
