Pros

Get to go overseas quite a lot for work. Company also had company R&R trips overseas too.

Cons

Family business dominated by Boss, his wife & his sister. They hold the 3 most senior roles and we were expected to follow their orders, no questions. Also, boss expected us to be always reachable and scolded us for not responding when we were on annual/medical leave, saying that he still pick up calls from clients from Europe even when he's on reservist. Hello? It's your own business, of course it is in your interest to communicate with clients even when you are asleep. I'm just a salaried worker who gets scolded for being uncontactable when I'm sick/overseas? Also, boss's idea of Time-Off is also warped. I can work a 22 hours with no dinner break & supper break, only a single hour of lunch, from 9am to 7am to setup overnight, and boss told me "good job, you can come in after lunch". By the time I pack up and leave to go home, wash up, have breakfast, wake up and prep to go in to office, I will only have 2 hours of sleep? Also, it was not like that was the peak season. He had wanted us to go back to work just to be in office. One of the days when he came down to stay with us till probably 2 or 3am, he came in around 3pm. Really?
