1. Really bad management, people in higher roles are really stupid and dumb. 2. Certain team leads treat their team as slaves and tell them to get stuffs done even if it means that they don't eat/sleep and have no life at all. 3. Operations and retail heads are a joke. 4. They try to sell really low quality bad products labeled with good design at premium rates. 5. Management and board try to con you with fake promises about salaries and appraisals. They want all the good hardworking people to quit so that they can hire cheap labour.
