Pros

Pretty cool managers and coworkers. Hard work and dependability is rewarded with hours and promotions. Fun on less busy days, and weekends where the whole crew is available.

Cons

The parents that come in can be rude and snippy. Not enough closers available so it can be rushed and get out very late. I worked in a huge store, so closing upstairs and down as a game tech and cash is very hard and frustrating. Upper management like DM's can be rude and not even acknowledge your presence. Not enough seating so there are long waits. Worst part is unreliable coworkers who call off right before their shift is about to start.

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
