Pros

There are some pros to working here, at least for a first job if you're ~ 16. You get free drinks, half priced food, and if you're a Party Hostess you have the potential of making tips (although this is extremely inconsistent and you're not technically supposed to be taking tips according to HQ).

Cons

The management is absolutely terrible. No one cares about the store, the employees, etc. The managers would all gossip about each other to the employees and it would get extremely awkward for everyone. Managers would hide in the office doing "paperwork" (which meant texting, eating, sleeping, etc.) daily. When asked to come out to fix a game or settle down an upset guest, they would get furious at you. Hours were extremely inconsistent and everything was done for the company to make money. On a busy Saturday, you can work a 9 hours shift and not be allowed to have a break. However, on a calm Monday you're forced to take one after only working for a couple hours to cut down on hours. Ridiculous. I was also forced to work through my unpaid break on many occasions. It's an awful place to work.

Pros

-They give you free food up to $30 -The benefits are fairly decent -High mileage pay for traveling -Lots of diversity and inclusion

Cons

-The worst upper management you’ll ever work for. Constant micromanaging. Sets unrealistic expectations with zero support or assistance. All while they take long vacations. -Preach “company standard” but flip flop on every decision with no notice -Constant labor crunch. Expects miracles with ~3 people on shift. -Will have to work out of your area with no added pay -Training is hit or miss. If you don’t speak up immediately about something you weren’t taught, they will blame you. -If salaried, will probably have to work over 40hrs will no additional incentive -Customers above all else. They are rewarded for complaints and you will definitely be punished. -Heavy AI usage. Even in biased customer surveys that will count against you.
