Pros
Chubb offers relatively competitive pay, good benefits, and job security. In my experience management has been good to work with, but I hear otherwise from some people.
Cons
Split hybrid work schedule (some people consider this a con). Upper management actively tracks office attendance. A lot of promotions are political and it’s all about who you know. Way too much turnover.
