Good benefits like a ski pass, good store hours, good coworkers.

Cons

Came to have a very negative image of the higher ups and corporate guys running the company. They have a horrible marketing and graphics team also. Make a lot of business decisions that the people on the store front disagree with.

Free ski pass to Deer Valley, great commissions, great tips, fun coworkers, decent management.

Cons

Management is not bad, they are very accommadating, but they complain a lot and sometimes speak poorly about other employees in front of the other employees which is very unprofessional. It is not like other ski shops, it is extremely high end and you deal with some of the egos that come with catering to the 1%'ers of the nation.
