those that slip through the cracks and don't represent /practice the values that CH stands for. They are few but they also have some odd protection.

Benefits are decent. There is a good group of folks that are supportive and fun to work with.

The organization does not have a stable leadership team and has an enormous impact on the staff and the kids' education. Consultants were hired to try to do damage control with the charter school. Favoritism plays a huge part in staffing. But most concerning is the poor financial decisions and the lack of budget planning which affects staff and the kids. Toxic behavior is ignored.
