      -Benefits. -Decent pay. - Good training program

      Cons

      - Long hours. - work/life balance was OK in the beginning but diminished over time. - on 24/7 call for issues. Never make firm plans outside of work. - If you love the phones you'll be on them non-stop. And when you're not you'll immediately get asked why you're not. - "Big Brother" Esque in managing sales reps/ call counts.

      Great way to learn the work, when they let you

      Cons

      rampant unhealthy behaviors, instead of letting you grow, they throw work from other people and departments on you, if you get pregnant, they drive you to suicidal ideation
