We're definitely sorry to hear that your time at Chope was a frustrating one. We definitely have some ways to go in building all the requisite processes and structures needed for a company, and recognise that sometimes the change and fluidity can make adjusting difficult.
Our increased HR headcount, exploring of stronger HRIS systems, and closer communication with departments are all part of a long-term strategic plan to make things 'less messy', and we're thankful that your feedback provides a timely reminder to the importance of these initiatives.
