      Great place to work They heavily invest in training and development and helping people work together in a cohesive environment they understand the values of people and have a personal centred approach if you want somewhere like home this is it

      Cons

      Support workers within Field can struggle with the salary however there is opportunity for overtime and training so opportunities to move up in the business

      Pros

      Enjoy the small community feel and variety of work I encounter.

      Cons

      low pay and when calling in sick are required to use vacation pay for the first day then sick pay thereafter, so if you (or your kids) are sick a few times a year you won't get a vacation.

      Thank you for this review but I don't think it is for us - we are based in Maidstone (UK) and we don't have any Lab Assistants or hospitals.
