      Pros

      They work hard to improve the lives of the people they support and try their best to value staff. Excellent training, good communications, challenging work, freedom to innovate and make a difference and great colleagues.

      Cons

      Pay in social care is not very good and there is a lot of work to do, which can result in long hours but I enjoy the work.

      Pros

      Enjoy the small community feel and variety of work I encounter.

      Cons

      low pay and when calling in sick are required to use vacation pay for the first day then sick pay thereafter, so if you (or your kids) are sick a few times a year you won't get a vacation.

      Thank you for this review but I don't think it is for us - we are based in Maidstone (UK) and we don't have any Lab Assistants or hospitals.
