I joined Choice Solutions in 2023, beginning my journey as an intern, and today I proudly continue as a Software Engineer. This journey itself is a testament to the growth opportunities the company offers. At Choice, we’re never confined to a single task—we’re constantly encouraged to explore, learn, and take on new challenges every day. The learning here is continuous and enriching, allowing us to grow both technically and personally. One of the key pillars of our success is our Executive Director, who has been an incredible source of support and motivation. His belief in our potential and constant encouragement pushes us to strive for excellence in everything we do. I’m also grateful for our amazing Tech Lead, whose guidance, patience, and expertise make every project a valuable learning experience. Being part of this team feels like being part of a family that grows together—and I couldn’t ask for a better place to build my career.
