      Pros

      They do not seem to be stingy with helping teachers get the resources they need.

      Cons

      Too many initiatives, too little time. We want you to do this, it's top priority, but we won't train you for this and can't really give you any specific direction. Don't really know if this is a Choice problem or specific to our building admin. Seems like a Choice theme though.

      Teaching got plenty benefits! 😊 Like, you can change lives, share knowledge, and see students grow. You build connections, get creative with lessons, and have job security with breaks in between. What makes you wanna teach?

      Cons

      Make it more informal: Teaching got its downsides . Like stress, low pay, big classes, paperwork, and tough students or parents. What's the toughest part, you think?
