Choice One continuously invests in their employees and culture. Their open book management system allows all employees to think, act and feel like owners. All employees are offered quarterly profit sharing bonuses, are given the opportunity to purchase stock in the company after working for three years, provided with a paid cell phone plan, given the opportunity to go on paid company trips every two years, paid work anniversary trips every 5 years of service, and given the opportunity to sit in on group coaching once a month. The company treats each other more as family members than co-workers. Everybody shows an active interest in each others lives outside of the office.
Cons
Choice One has all employees working in the office. Though they allow working from home when it is a necessity, there is no current plan that has a structured work from home schedule.
