Pros

Our staff (Senior Management excluded) is very encouraging, helpful, hopeful, and honest.

Cons

Unfortunately, we are underpaid. $3.81 per room is abuse. Imagine cleaning your house 10 times (10 rooms) just to earn $38. Meanwhile, you're probably cleaning 15-20 rooms a day. Making $3.81 per room is not conducive to the amount of work being done. That many rooms at that pay rate is abuse. Tips are almost non existent, so we can't rely on that. With the amount of work that is required, we aren't even making minimum wage every hour, because with the standard that has been set for us, it's very tough to make sure that more than 2 rooms are clean and comfortable within one hour. 2 rooms x $3.81 =$7.62 ...That's not even close to minimum wage. That rate is obviously fixed to make us believe that we are benefitting from it. "Guess what guys, the faster you work, the more you can make!". No!...the reality is that we only get a max number of rooms anyways and it doesn't matter how fast or slow you work, because the payout is going to be the same. If you work faster, only the company benefits because they can rent out the rooms sooner. On our end, we're destroying our bodies from all of the bending and constant movement, but aren't getting any special compensation for it. I think that we deserve a respectable salary for our expertise and dedication; we're undervalued.

WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

Pros

Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

Cons

The experience was only positive.
