Some friendly co-workers. Being able to see the few residents that actually made a full recovery and were able to go home.
Cons
There are not enough horrible things that I can begin to say about the management here. Either they want you to work an inconceivable amount of hours or just give you so few that you have no choice but to quit. Incredibly political with a high turnover rate. Upper management makes friends with certain people and those people get to keep their jobs whether or not they perform acceptably while other people who are more focused on the work and not sucking up to managers lose their positions. Not to mention the lack of consideration/care shown to residents especially during the night shift. If you want a job that won't screw you over unexpectedly and will respect you as an employee and as an individual....look elsewhere.
