The most unethical place to work in by far. The people leading this company seem to have zero morality and treat people like they're disposal. The CEO humiliates employees in front of others, talks badly about them behind closed doors (with super thin walls so the entire company can hear) and changes his mind about how he feels about his employees based on his own pride and personal views and not their work. People are hired because they can talk a big game and most are given titles that do not reflect their actual experience or knowledge. So it's the blind leading the blind for the most part. The company fires people every time they lose one client (which happens a lot in this place). They also fire people right before Christmas so they don't have to pay people their bonuses then the CEO boasts about how much money they have in the bank in front of everyone as if that reassures anyone that hears it. Clients get promised a million things that the company doesn't even know how to do or has the people to do it then they leave. Pretty standard procedure in that place. Management seems to have no say in the company at all and will rat you out to save themselves any day. Complete lack of loyalty in this place. All in all, the absolute worst place to work. Steer clear if you can unless you're into verbal and emotional abuse then this is your place!
