Very competent top management, I never had any salary issues. Good project communication. Observed that in the event of serious medical or family problems, Chiyoda gave full support. On completion of my contract Chiyoda offered a generous severance package

International leave transport to employee account, employment documentation in this respect poorly written. Support staff often inadequate for the position for which they were employed, however given the cost restraints this is to be expected
