Pros
If you like working with kids, especially kids with autism, this job can work for you. I enjoyed most of my coworkers and supervisors, who were largely compassionate, supportive, and committed to doing their jobs well. The company will probably try to get you to join the practicum program if you stay at the company long enough or express interest in being a supervisor. I have heard mixed reviews about the program, but my brief experience in the program was mostly positive (I left the practicum program upon deciding that I did not want to continue working in the ABA field).
Cons
The office culture is pretty gossipy (I didn't personally mind this, but feel obligated to mention it), and the work can be draining, repetitive, and sometimes frustrating. Also, the company management is based in Dearborn, so the Monroe location can feel somewhat disconnected from the decision making process.
