CTO and his friedns are whimsical, no one know how they will behave next, I am alway anxious when they are around. CEO has no vision & motivation, for desicion making he gets us and other experst to decide, with no insights from his side, he seem unfit for CEO in a tech company. My team leads and other leads talk sometime as if we are servents. Dono how pressurising with depressing words will motivate team members to do work. Basically leader wants us to be multi-skilled experts and want levergae that, despite they themself being dumbs
