Pros
*Free complimentary treatment for all personnel
Cons
*No transparency between Singapore & Management in U.K *Procedures & Structure are always changing *During training always overruns and we have to stay behind over weekends to train, on days with SG management in town. *Extremely low pay, below average *High turn over *No proper training only on the introduction day. *No review with staff after you pass your probation period, constant reminding with management. *Broken promises *Blaming staff for certain actions, that was not clear from the start, due to constant changing of opinion from Management in SG and UK. *Delay in pays and OT is always an issue. They rarely pay on time! * A tendency to pushing responsibilities on staff with no training or no clear system in place. *Working on weekends *Rude clinic staff
