      Pros

      Bonus structure if you are not constantly hamstrung by a terrible schedule, terrible managers and all of their excuses while you are working like a dog to get to it.

      Cons

      Total lack of communication. They think their twice weekly rah rah meetings where they spout the same nonsense over and over is somehow helpful. They don’t even take their own advice. Culture? What culture? Unless you mean everything being one sided to their benefit. Managers minimize or completely ignore concerns from the sales reps.

      Good exposure to a clinical / healthcare environment Hands-on experience working with patients and performing basic assessments Straightforward responsibilities and clear daily routine Decent role for someone looking to get initial experience in a chiropractic or wellness setting

      Pros

      The patients are awesome and the DC I worked with was amazing.

      Cons

      Management was incredibly awful, they expect more than possible and don't believe in work/like balance.
