      Free food Great employees Develop great friendships Can be a great experience if properly staffed Learning basic culinary skills

      Over worked Under appreciated Very little support once higher management Under paid for work TL/ATL only worry about production not helping Upper management couldn't care less about individual people

      Pros

      Lots of flexibility and good company benefits. Cool office space and good people. The company wants you to learn more and give you the opportunity to do so.

      Cons

      In the corporate space, very limited career growth opportunities. Current manager micromanages but not terribly. Company performance stinks and leadership does not want to take accountability.
