Pros
You get to know all positions in the front and back of the house overtime. They provide high standard training and some knowledge such as food handling is being used everywhere in the food and beverage industry.
Cons
Management is just ridiculous. You will be brainwashed and tested overtime on their company value, mission and everything. If the area manager doesn't like you, you are likely to be ignored when there's manager in training position opened. Work is very hard and not rewarding. They will tell you that you have a chance to become the next manager in training but will let your hope up and never actually do it. You will be blamed for ridiculous customer complains. As a lot of customers realize that if they complain, they would get free meal and they start abusing it. A lot of good people who have high potentials but have lost a chance to become a manager or higher have quit in the past year, and now because of lack of staffs in the management team, they have been promoting people who are less qualified than those who left to the management. Shame to say that they are heading to their end.
