Pros

Okay pay with pooled tips, most coworkers were nice, free employee meal.

Cons

After 4 shifts, I wasn't on the schedule for the next week. I asked why and was told that nothing was wrong and that there were simply not many hours to go around. After 4 weeks of not being on the schedule, they fired me. I put them as a reference for my next job because I figured they couldn't say anything bad about me since I was only there for a small time, and my friend told me they said that I complained about things and that's why they fired me. This is libel and it's very illegal. The only thing that former employers can say about you is whether they'd rehire you. 0 stars this place never communicated anything to me and just fired me.

Pros

Learning and growing to cultivate your own career path into a competent General Manager. The hours are longer than regular but the position is labeled as salary hourly with a minimum of 50 hours per week which guarantees 10 hours if overtime per week.

Cons

The long hours can be tiring and the expectations are less than or equivalent to that of a General Manager and depending who your boss is dependent on what you learn and how you can grow.
