      - No extra help on the grill - Short staff at times to save money - Requires cooking shortcuts to meet demand - You are always moving and stressed during the whole shift - Hurt hand from just cutting chicken all day, No help.

      Discounts on food and staff are friendly

      Cons

      Management does not really care. Sits in office and rarely helps. This does depend on the manager which affects the staff. Imagine working at minimum effort is the acceptable norm and a upper manager comes in complaining that things are wrong and does not fit standard
