Pros
Tons of extra days off, you learn many things quickly, Chime looks good on your resume, cool product, some interesting problems to solve.
Cons
When I say you'll learn a lot, I mean you'll see examples of what not to do. Whomever comes up with strategy can't make up their minds on what to do and where to go with the product. Your job will always feel threatened. Don't be fooled by the cool photos and cheerleading on LinkedIn or anywhere for that matter. That's all for show. This place is dreadful. Literally the worst place I've ever worked. Many here will make you pull your hair out by their ineptitude and acting like they care about anything other than going public. Culture is dead. Leadership here is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. Can't figure out how to run day to day operations because everything is a fire drill. Nothing is proactive. Everything is reactive. Everything is end of day critical. Pettiness runs high here.
