Pros

Chilli Partners is a fantastic workplace with a vibrant and inclusive culture. The onboarding was thorough, and my manager was patient in guiding me through the affiliate marketing landscape. The access to exclusive casino brands like oscarspin and candyspin makes campaign creation exciting and effective. I also love the transparency in their reporting system—real-time data helps me tweak campaigns on the fly. The team-building events, like the Jungle Rave, are a blast and make you feel part of a tight-knit community.

Cons

The workload can spike during peak seasons, especially around major industry events. More resources or staff during these periods would be helpful.

Pros

I have been working in the company almost from the very beginning, so I can see how it grows and develops. There are excellent working conditions here: a cozy office, a cool lunch area, coffee machines, coffee, tea and cookies, etc. In addition, there are always gifts for birthdays, and corporate events are just awesome!

Cons

I would like a more convenient parking space for the car, of course, but otherwise everything is fine

Pros

Joining Chilli Partners has been one of my best career moves! The team is incredibly collaborative, and the management fosters a culture of innovation. I enjoy working on affiliate campaigns with access to advanced analytics tools that make optimization a breeze. The hybrid work setup is fantastic, allowing me to balance office and remote work seamlessly. The company also hosts awesome events, like the annual SiGMA conference trips, which are both fun and great for networking. The commission structure is motivating, and there’s always room to grow.

Cons

The pace can be intense during campaign launches, which might feel overwhelming at times. More frequent one-on-one meetings with team leads could help with prioritizing tasks.
