Pros
Training is well maintained Team setting with BCBA-multiple RBTs working together with regular team meetings Big company= more client; if you want to have work experience with wide range of age range go for it
Cons
More clients= lack of individualized care; as an individual coming from smaller ABA setting it hurts my moral and ethics to see how neglected most of the cares were(bad for client, but if you don’t care as a seevice provider it wouldn’t be a problem I guess) Is up to pure luck on getting a “good” BCBA for a good feedback on your work. I was unlucky to get BCBA who were lacking in communication and care for clients, but fortunately met other BCBA through company who cared about my concerns and care on clients After 2 months of fighting for my concern, work environment, as well as lack of supervision I gave up and left the work. Unfortunately, theses cons doesnt matter to people who are just starting the work and to company that is nationwide big so don’t think theses resolving anytime soon
