You hear about companies saying they care, well, they really appreciate us here. People friendly and I feel like I can talk to the leadership and they listen.

Office space is limited, we need more space.

I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the sense of independence I had with managing my own caseload. There were never issues with getting time off approved; unless it was during the holiday season and you did not request it on time (for manning purposes). They also promote within and invest in the growth of their employees.
