While the workload can be demanding, aligning the level of compensation more closely with the responsibilities and intensity of the role would further enhance the overall experience.

This job is an excellent learning environment for this looking to go into medicine. If you have your MD this a place to work between medical school and residency. There are high demands but high rewards and the physicians are more than willing to teach you if you are willing and able. There are opporunities to see office procedures, endoscopies, and participate in research. I would highly recommend this position and especially to those interested in ENT or sleep medicine.

There is a steep learning curve which you must adjust to. If you are not able to deal with many personalities in a bustling office and multitask.
