Pros

Generally low stress work environment, and upper level employees are more than willing to take a moment out of their day to help you on a project, share industry insight, etc. They'll help you help them. CCC also serves as a healthy introduction to the world of financial services. The company will help you develop a sort of working financial vocabulary which is hugely important for future job experiences. CEO is continually looking for ways to expand the company and tap into new industries, and it's good to be around someone who's unsatisfied with the status quo.

Cons

Work can be repetitive at times. Your days are often filled with spreadsheet after never-ending spreadsheet. On the other hand, employees are too often assigned projects that could only be described as wild goose chases. Additionally, securities class actions are scummy things in general. Though CCC doesn't file the suits (blame the bottom-feeding law firms for that), it can be a bit of a drag depending on shameless opportunism and exploitation of the legal system. Lastly, the whole business of securities class actions could very well dry up in the next 5-10 years. Legislation could shut down the frenzied filing of securities class action lawsuits that CCC depends on. So long term prospects for the business (concerning its status a claims filer) could be bleak.
