DO NOT WORK HERE!! I'll start with how upset I am over finding FAKE REVIEWS being left on this platform. I have been working here for over two years and since the beginning it's been nothing but drama. I'm no longer afraid to say leadership for Brand Development (sales team) is dysfunctional, temperamental and down right dishonest. Constantly lies about almost everything and lying to clients. The moment you decide to speak up and say something to senior leadership, you'll end up fired within the year. I've seen it happen to so many others. The employees here have no healthy support and are alone to fend for their own well-beings. The only reason I've stayed this long is to not seem like a job hopper. So I'm trying to get to a little over three years on the job, but it's brutal. All these positive reviews are not true. Not a single one! There are zero upsides to working here. Even the medical benefits aren't beneficial. There's no real training and leadership doesn't do anything/ provide any resources that show they are trying to level up their employees skillsets. So no one here is even learning anything that can be useful at another company. If you want to learn you have to self educate. There is no PIP (performance plan). If you miss quota you have 30 days to hit quota or you're gone. Do not believe the positive reviews. I wish back before I started I believed the negative reviews I skimmed over. My eagerness to work combined with positive reviews sprinkled in helped sway me in giving this company the benefit of the doubt. I told myself it would be different for me because I take my work seriously and I have experience to bring to the table. WRONG! There is no upper leadership. There is no accountability. They do not care about their employees. They will never improve. They don't want to. It's obvious they don't have to. Just know, they will keep coming back to leave fake positive reviews, while they let everyone internally suffer. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE FLAGGED FOR LEAVING FALSE REVIEWS AND HAVING LEGIT REVIEWS REMOVED!
