Pros
-Great at communicating details (Very transparent and open) - Freedom to explore and work - Asking is not a sin here ;) - Go try asking even the CEO anything and I bet you will get an amazing and a detailed response - Team takes ownership of their work and are super dedicated to make the company grow big. - Very open to feedback and concerns - Raise a concern and if it is workable, it will surely be done- Else be assured to atleast receive a response on why it cant be worked out. (I had written a glassdoor review previously an year ago and most suggestions given to management are already worked on - So yes, you are heard and figured out that you do not need glassdoor to raise concern in this company- just go and talk ;) - This is an early stage startup but you will receive your salary on time every month. Didnt experience any hiccups here.
Cons
- All the facilities, salary, annual leaves, salary, work from home & office facilities, flexible work hours, etc are all given as much as possible from the companies end.(considering this being a startup, though all the facilities might not meet the corporate standards, the growth of the company might sort this out in future.)
