      Pros

      Great management. No cap on salary. Laid back fun environment. Great family owned business, and you get your own desk.

      Cons

      Long hours. And the management tends to show favoritism. But no big deal.

      Pros

      Easy work and you are your own boss. They have a great selection of Autos to choose from.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is way out of control. Don't expect to have a family life. Commission in most cases in minimum although every now and them you can make decent on a sale. Unless you are an attractive female don't expect any help from management.
