Great company and benefits, the business has a solid growth plan. The business has positioned themselves to be the leader in the Market. They like to run things Lean, which means that there is no growth for employees.
Cons
The IT dept lacks vision and technical leadership. The dept is very silo’d and not willing to change to align with new technology. Good place to retire or stay stagnant in your position, positions are managed moves and lateral.
