Good pay, medical benefits, and retirement benefits. Most Management does not treat employees rudely.
Cons
Poor work/life balance. Stuck in position with no chance to advance. Management changes out so much that have no understanding of day-to-day operations or past problems from just a few years ago. They are stuck in a circle of try same thing again and again and fail because of no consistency in management.
