Supportive colleagues overshadowed by poor leadership - Field Manager Chevalier Employee Review

One of the most ineffective division heads I have encountered. One that is unsupportive, regularly pushes responsibility onto others, and constantly looks for faults in team members, seemingly to satisfy his own ego rather than foster collaboration and growth.
